Our expertise in ground imaging can help. Click at ground
problem link to see examples for:
Imaging structural anomalies in front and/or around tunnels excavated
in hard rock and in soft ground conditions; |
Mapping near-surface voids, sink-holes, and structural anomalies in the
ground for volumetric ground characterization; |
|
Imaging/locating manmade
voids associated with old mine workings; |
|
Assessing extent of voids
created by solution mining (successfully conducted to depth of 2,200 ft /
670 m); |
|
Imaging foundations/piles under piers and abutments; |
|
Assessing effectiveness of grouting (pre- and post-grouting conditions)
for fractured or cavernous grounds. |
